Dang it, I don't have that one. I have NA6046, L648, S67K. I know I have more, but they are buried in the garage in ONE of my MANY boxes. I will keep my eye out for them though, and if I find one that will work I will IM you.

The tire pump is taken off with a key in the middle of the knurled part. (The pump keys are made of unobtainium)

OK, bike is off to the mechanics.
I bought NOS wiring harness ebay, NOS ignition switch (ebay Thailand!), new rectifier (Oregon cycle).
New battery new tubes, and front and rear.
I am quite excited.
Keeping the patina.

Yep, NOS ignition came with two keys shiny and nice.
On order: Air Filter (EBay) and carbeurator intake tube

Ok, bike left to go to mechanics for the *hard work.


Tires are on, wiring harness/ignition installed, carb in pieces getting ungunked.
I need to start thinking about the windshield and saddle bags.
Does anyone have advice on polishing/cleaning 30+ year old plexiglass?

I am interested in the best way to polish an vintage windshield as well. I know Eastwood has some products. Anyone used them?

Anyone tried the polishing kits for modern headlight lenses on a vintage windshield? I used one on a very rough plastic window for a blast cabinet with fair success. I got the kit at Harbor Freight. Anyone also tried one of those kits from another source to compare the results?
