65 front wheel same as 61 front for honda dream? help fast..

Nothing like success to put the spring back in your step. How do the brakes work?

To be honest..............i haven't even cranked it in a year. I have it on display in my house........lol..................Im kinda doing it all backwards. New base clear paint, new tires, seat and polished parts.................leaving the mechanicals for last. Still need clutch cable and brake cables.
