1964 Honda Dream 305 Sticky Throttle

For information sake, prior to posting my original question on this post I had ordered new throttle slides (long and short). When comparing them to what I had, my long one was worn pretty bad on one side. Also the short "keeper" piece fit into the handlebar propertly whereas my other one did not.
I still intend to convert this to a CB72/77 throttle but the new parts solved the worst of the problems. I know my cable is not the best and the carb needs overhauled but I can at least control the throttle now.
