Having trouble finding anything about a CA78. Seems there is a lot of different opions as to why they are CA78. Also wanting to know if it would effect the value of the bike if I changed the color?
I painted a Honda 160 Plum Crazy in the early 70's. I don't want to paint this one that color just something with more shine and sparkle.

Re: CA78
These bikes are usually referred to as CA77's. What are you trying to find out? As far as paint affecting the value of the bike, definitely. People are drawn to these bikes for their own reasons, but bikes that are as close to stock as possible will bring the most return.
