NTF - Need help identifying year of Dream

Helping brother-in-law with 1961?? Dream that has
been in a storage unit for years. Bike is very clean but
was covered in dust. Pulled and drained tank and working
on carb today. Need to find new air filter and tube from
carb to filter (both in bad shape)

Frame # is CA78 103367. Engine # is CA77E 103492

Would like know what year this bike is. Hope to get it
fired up by this weekend.
