Id like to thank this forum, I knew nothing about my bike when i got it. Every piece of information i needed i got from this forum to successfully get this thing running.

As sad as it looks, at least you have a full front and rear fender etc. Good starting point.

See, Boomf, you did it the right way: get it running first, and THEN work on the paint!

It's heckuva lot less troublesome, I think...

It's got nice bones; a day or two of stripping and priming, then paint, and you're There!

After I stripped and primed mine, rust will never scare me again...
