Anyone ever seen turn signals on a CA77?!

IMHO it depends upon your intentions as to how you see the bike at then end of the worklist. Restored, refreshed or a practical rider? If you're going for the last option, for now, then clean them up and leave them in place; if it's to be the first then they've gotta go!

A pic of the handlebar switch, please?

I don't have any intentions of taking them off, just trying to find out if they were original or add-ons.

Deffo add-ons, possibly from another Honda or an AM kit. The 'bar switch (within the throttle ass'y) is the most difficult and expensive item to obtain, hence the need for a pic to ID how well they were fitted by a PO.

What I was trying to explain is that, if you wish to make the bike look 'proper' then an OEM-type set would be essential.

Oh yes, of course! Upon closer inspection the wires don't seem to even be going to the handlebars! Once I have some more time I'll figure out where they run....thanks for your help!

Ah, I see what's happened here now: a PO has fitted apehangers and, consequently, had to change the throttle ass'y for one from a CB.

Mine were very different than that... Here have a look at this, its my bike pre-rebuild. The rears are flushmounted on the strut and the front were mounted on the handlebars.
