cant figure out what this part is CA77

ive been piecing together a CA77 from boxes and ive come across this part that i cannot find in the parts manual at all. it was in the same bag as the magnetic starter switch (the one under the right side cover) but for the life of me i cant figure out what it is.
any help would be greatly appreciated so i can get back to putting this baby back together

Looks like the bolt that secures the air cleaner.

ahhhh thats it, it was kind of hiding there in that parts manual picture. well back to work, i just wish it wasnt so cold out now.

I missed it in the parts book also, but since I've been into the carb several times it was familiar.
