i got my bill Silver manuals yesterday. what a lot of info! i'm sure I could read it over many times, and still need to read it more. anyway, I'd really like to get the encouragement that could only come from hearing it run. to this end i plan on-cleaning/setting the points, changing the plugs, changing the oil, cleaning the filter, checking valve clearance, reassemble the carb (they've been in the dip tank for a week) hooking up a fully charged battery, running gas from a funnel (still working on the gas tank) turning on the key (anyone have a pic of what position it needs to be in?) and kick it over. am i missing anything? thanks
