Are headlights from CA72 and CA78 the same?

Does anyone have a parts manual for CA72 and CA77 see if a headlight from a CA72 (part # CA724811.3-S) would fit a 1963 CA78? I just can't assume that they are the same.

except for the size of the engine, and maybe the shape of the tank, they are the same bike.
