305 VS 150 DREAM

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE CHASIS OR FRAME OF THE 305 DREAM OF THE 60'S IS THE SAME SIZE AS THE SMALLER SIZE DREAMS LIKE THE CA95. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I COULD USE PARTS FROM ONE TO REPAIR THE OTHER AS I HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO PICK UP A SMALLER CC PARTS BIKE FOR A 305 I WANT TO FIX. ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Almost nothing is the same, even the drive is on the opposite side, the headlight is about 1/4” smaller. 305 on the left and the c95 on the right.
