Brake clevis pin

Any success in removing and replacing the pin that holds the cable clevis to the rear brake shaft(CL77) and also holds the spring on the other side. Looks like it is riveted on. I'm sure I can get it off - but not sure how much damage may occur. TIA

Some parts are not designed to be removed!. ......................lm
