What goes there?

When I tore my CL77 down I noticed that the lower rear bolt was missing on the right side cover. On my CA77 it holds the front of the muffler. Is there supposed to be a bolt there, and if so what size and does it serve any purpose other than holding the cover? I looked in the parts lists I have and don't see one. I must be missing something.

That hole doesn't get a bolt on a CL72/77. .........lm
