Nice project. Let us know the numbers and we'll be able to help you out with the year. If your fender has steel brackets riveted inside at front and back it may be OE.
Your bike has small SLS brakes so it will be an early model CL72 (250) perhaps. Very early ones had eye to eye rear shocks and aluminium fenders front and rear.
