After putting my center stand back on the bike, it's not tall enough to bring the rear wheel off the ground. Seems like the stand rests too far toward the front wheel. Wondering if others have had this problem and what you might suggest.
Rear tire is 3.5-19
Front tire is 3.25-19
Thanks!

Following OldScrambler, check the tire sizes. ...............lm

Maybe a 'discretely' shaped/formed block or bar could be welded to the underside of the legs to lift it up a bit, I did this to another bike & you have to look close to see it.

Hagon shocks have been swapped out for the original, plus the rear tire is 3.50 versus the original 3.25. Those two things are probably at issue. I think I'll end up have to weld something to the bottom of the centerstand to make it useable.Tim Allman wrote:One other thought. Are the shock absorbers original? A bit of extra length could cause your problem.
Thanks for the information!

HONDA issued all CL72/77 bikes with a 300x19 front and 350x19 rear. ...........lm
