I am new to this site and was browsing the forum and there was my old scrambler! I purchased this bike in 2000 and restored it in 2001. I restored it as purchased except I did change to 530 chain setup because that was all I had at the time. Yes it has a steel fender, probably changed by previous owners. The red paint is factory Honda from the touch up cans that they used to sell. I reduced it with house of color thinner. I was not aware of the side stand. What is the difference? I am glad to see it has had good care through the years. I sold it and a 65 CB77 and 61C72 to a Honda dealer in Washington state about 2005 I think.

Thanks for the history lesson.............I still have a can or two of that touch-up paint.
