I've seen those numbers also.
I don't know of any actual proof for the number just that I've worked on so many of these bikes over the years and seen the changes as HONDA continued production through the years that I've po'poed several myths. ............lm

Things are moving on slowly in the UK. Can't believe how dear parts are with no availability.
Everything I buy is double the price due to postage.
