front fender stay bolts

what is the correct/original sequence of bolt-washer-(lock washer?) used when installing an alloy front fender to the stay on a 63 CL72? I do have the original nut plates.

OK;can anybody scan a page out a parts book showing the alloy fender assembly?

Randy, google "honda online microfische" and it'll give you hundreds of sites that have them.
