Flat bar vs. High bar cable lengths

I am trying to get a better handle on the cable length difference between the flat and high bars.

I am currently having the flat bar cables reproduced but also want to do the high bar cables.

Measurements are of the sheath length.

Front Brake Cable
Flat bars - 39"
High Bars - 42.5"
I am pretty sure on both of these and the high bar brake cable I am using for measurement I believe to be original.

Clutch Cable -
Flat Bars - 34"

Not sure on this one. I measured 3 high bar clutch cables.
Two measured 38.25"
One measured 41.25"

With the throttle cables I have I do not think that I have an original high bar cable. Anyone have one to measure?
