Welcome! Probably '65. Actual YOM for 7-digit numbers is sketchy -- just documented as '65-'67. Look for the year tag on the wiring harness; it's under the tank (you have to remove the tank to find it -- that's fun!). Appreciate your letting us know here -- for the records that I'm compiling for those years.
Matching numbers are very rare for post-'63 bikes, but not unheard of.

found the tag
its a 1965. the kick starter shaft seems loose , any ideas whats wrong?
