Ebay. If you don't like that concept, I'd just google search "Honda Parts Dealer Quezón City" . It's the largest city in the philippines, so I'd put my money there. the philippines are roughly the size of nevada, so in my head I think it shouldn't be too hard to find a dealer, but with over 7,000 islands and having a population of 90 million...
