Yes, put the stock needles back in, second groove from the bottom for the clip, and see if there's any improvement. Try the stock main jets as well, should be 135s.

alright i was riding and choked it slightly and it didnt help but im gonna try again. mabey i choked it to much. i got the day free so i'll try agian today. i read somthing about timing advancement? does the cb77 have timing advancement so when it gets to higherrpms it starts to advance the timing to keep up with the motor? im confused on the subject.

some folks recommend checking advance with a regular timing light (engine running) after setting the static timing with Emo method...

so i did some further reading and i heard the advanced timing is inside with the camchain? i have no clue. where is it located? if i have a point of refrence i can start digging.

It's between the cams, under the cylinder head cover. As J Lee suggested, put a timing light on it, and watch it advance at the rotor. Did you put the stock needles back in the carbs?

sure thing. did that today havent been able to ride and find out if it worked yet, have to watch the kids. i will find out on the ride to work at 4am.
now that i have a refrence point i can start digging. if the needles dont work.
