this inspired me to take my horn apart this afternoon. dirt daubers had completely filled the spiral "horn" part so spent some time digging all that out. Then adjusted screw (flat head on my horn) with it disassembled til I got a loud buzz out of it. then reassembled all but top, had to readjust to get same loud buzz. doesn't exactly honk, more of a buzz. i used a four amp battery charger for power. will it honk better with stronger power supply? guess question is how many amps does does horn require, anybody got any idea? thanks, Lee Webb

I'm not sure how many amps it requires, but your 4 amp battery charger probably isn't enough. Try your car battery. I went through the same thing with not providing enough juice to it, then finally figured it out. I have had one horn that I just could not get to work, it was awfully crusty inside though. Guys, let us know how you make out.
