Back again this time with a 1961 CB77

Mine is 10mm too.... I am still missing the correct rear fender. As I recall, Bill Silver said the wiring routing is different. I chased around looking for a 10mm head for my CS72 for months... Not a fun process!

Hi Paul, i made my own rear guard look like the 61 type, i have some channels made, and spot welded in place, weld all the other holes from the old cable route , i have a battered 61 rear guard, and you can not tell the difference between them. i have a few channels left if you want one.. click the pic you will see more pics of the guard. alan

That would be great, please pm me with the details. My bike is very odd. low miles, mostly all correct parts but they chromed the rear fender and sidecovers. I have found the correct aluminum front fender and shocks. Still has the black cables. So it's down to this rear fender and if it's all coming apart, I might as well get it right! Thanks, Paul
