Cables for Intermediate height bars

Am I the only Superhawk owner without flat bars? I can' find cables anywhere that will fit my intermediate height bars. I now have both a broken clutch cable and front brake cable (believe they had been shortened from original high rise length). I've bought a cable for each now (both too short) that it looks like I'll have to send to motion pro to make new ones that fit - 40 bucks a piece plush shipping. These better last forever...
