VIN BREAKDOWN??

Can somebody poss point me toward a thread from one of the forums that describes how to break down the vin to determine the build dates of the bikes??

I'd highly recommend buying bill silvers book.
it contains that info as well as just about anything else you'd wonder about the bikes. anything else, LOUDMOUSE has the real answer.
