ca77 dream305 streeing

i have a 65 CA77 dream what could cause the feel of hard to steer and control.it feel's that way right or left steering

There is a steering damper on the CA77 and it may be cranked down too tight. It is also possible that the bearings in the head need to be cleaned/lubed or maybe adjusted.
