How do you get to the condenser ???

i have condensor checker that i bought from J C Whitney in 1970. they can be checked with a voltohmeter , but that is not as accurate. maybe there is a small engine shop around there that could borrow you a condenser checker? in this day of electronic ignitions ,i'm not sure if condeser testers are made anymore

i have owned my CA77 since 1973 and i believe it has the original condenser
