I had the same experience with these special bolts. The problem is the material is not up to the job and the machining is a bit suspect.

In support of the supplier they were very quick to provide me replacements. In fact. I had a back up plan to replace them with steel parts but did not need them.

For the electronic ignition system Itself, it works very well and has transformed the starting and high speed performance of my CB77. Excellent product, apart from the bolts!
