Throttle cable grommet (Dream 305 - late)

Anyone know of a source for the elongated throttle cable grommet located on the throttle side, front of bars that the cable slips through on it's way to the hinge?

P/n: 17911-271-000

I've not yet checked the local hardware stores, but I'm sure someone's replaced some before...

Thanks Dave, arrived on Saturday and cut the remaining throttle hole about 10 minutes after the postal truck left. Assembled all and it works great!
