Much harder than the UK. How did it get to your house? Who sold it to you? Ask them where they got it. They might have the 'title' which is the Sate-based registration document. If it moves across States it gets re-titled. Unless the new owner likes to keep paperwork then the trail probably goes dead. It's not like here where a bike keeps its original log-book and registration number for ever. G
