What exactly does the side stand bolt to? Ive already had a few situations where just ordering whats "supposed" to fit has yielded cb77 parts paperweights. the bikes a bit of a basket case so i want to be sure im not missing some intermediate bracket thats required to make it work
this thread was damn close to showing me what i needed http://www.honda305.com/forums/cb77-sid ... t5025.html
I couldnt seem to find a parts diagram for this part.

A few years ago I removed the sidestand bracket from a CB77 parts bike and intended to install it on a nice original CB77..........but I did not have the sidestand lever........so it never got installed. I eventually sold the bike and last year I sold the bracket on ebay. A few weeks ago I acquired a few boxes of parts and now have a sidestand with the 'special bolt' Do you need it? Make me a fair offer...........just the sidestand lever and bolt..........no spring..........no bracket.

G, exactly what I needed! Thanks. I must have looked over it in the silver books.
Oldscrambler, thank you I will let you know if I'll be taking you up on that offer.
For this bike I'll see if I can fabricate something first, then most likely pony up on a Thailand repo.
Thanks gents
