There are 2 8mm bolt holes in the frame cross brace toward the rear of the battery box.
They seem to line up with 2 lugs on the bottom of the seat pan.
I can't find any reference to them in any parts microfiche.
What am I missing?

They don't have any application after the frame is assembled/welded and ready for the line. .........lm
