front Fender question

Hi I am new to the forum, just got a 1965 Honda Dream, don't know a whole lot about fixing motorcycles but I am handy so I am giving it a shot! :-) Engine VIN starts with CA77, frame CA78, I was wondering where the front fender came from, I couldn't find any pictures that would show this kind of fender for a CA77, broken piece maybe?

Fender Tip

That should be a HONDA Wing on top of the tip. The tip was an option.
