recommended reading for newbie?
Hi, I was just wondering if any of you out there knew of a good source that I can use to learn motorcycles and properly understand their maintenance and mechanics? I'm new to engines, a broken cb77 is now my first bike and i've never even seen the engine of my car. wow. thanks.

well, now that 20 people have read the post and there hasn't been one response, maybe some of you others need more help than i do.

http://www.howstuffworks.com is an excelent site and just the thing for learning about things like engines.

Danza, Hey, don't take it personally! That is the way this board is (unfortunatly) Some of us try to keep it interesting, not enough though I guess. You do have to admit it was a pretty broad question. Sometimes the simpelest questions are the hardest to answer! All I can say is don't give up on this site it really is a valuable source for us old Honda guys. P.S. if you need any help ASK or if that doesn't work e-mail me(address is in my profile). Good luck, Steve Greer
