Yeah, welding looks like the best option at this point, but you don't know if you don't ask. Local chopper shop owner says he can weld ( and he's an ARTIST ! ). My frind with the bullet molds already had the original masters, so he didn't have to go thru that and his castings were not expensive. Thanks to all who replied. I think we are all enlightened.
