Anyone know where I can get a T1644 blank key??

I think the fact that it would have T1644 stamped on it would make it not a blank. But if you're just looking for a T1644 Honda key there are three on ebay right now. Just search Honda T1644.

Probably not. What you sound like you are looking for is a T blank. The ebay keys are not T blanks, they are cut T keys.

If you actually need a T1644 just buy the ebay key and you are all set. Where are you getting the "T1644" from anyhow? Is that stamped on your ignition cylinder?

That number is issued with 2 different blanks.
