Hey, all.
I bought a CB77 and need to replace the pillion steps on each side. I can only find the left pillion step on the internet. Question: are the right and left pillion steps interchangeable parts?
The Honda CB77 parts manual lists the two pillion steps under different part numbers (the right is: 50710-268-010 and the left is: 50720-268-000).
Any help you can provide would be great. Thanks!

This set just showed up on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA-CB ... 577wt_1165
Looks like a good deal for a fresh set that's been plated. The right side is bent slightly though. Might be an easy fix.

To expand upon Ed's answer: the positioning of the radial dogs that surround the bolt hole differ by a few degrees. Therefore, if you were to fit two of the same on either side of the bike then they'd be at differing heights when viewed from astern; it makes the bike look lopsided.
OEM pegs are usually stamped 'L' & 'R' on the edge of the bolt flange. There are plenty out there, many on eBay, and I have a four spare (one left and three rights, I think); there are also many AM pegs kicking about.
