selling parts
Is it ok to sell parts to members on the forum. I sold a triple tree spindle for 25.00 dollars and going to sell kicker case for 30.00. I don't want to break the rules of the forum. they needed help so I helped them. I was going to scrap the parts anyway.

Chico, I think buying parts( at fair prices) is a lot of the reason some people come to this forum( I came to learn & find sources for parts) although the basic premise of this forum is the dissemination of information, I think the majority of members don't mind people selling 305 parts. It helps us all with our projects. However, if someone was to try and make a go at a commercial enterprise on this forum, they would certainly get shown the door. Just my opinion...................D-66CL77 BTW your parts prices are what I'm referring to(vary fair)

Me to
Dgormley, same for me. If not for this forum I would be sitting here looking at a pile of junk. I see members on this site needing help or parts and if I have info or parts, that I wont use, I'm going to jump in with both feet. ride safe bro.

I have bought and sold parts to/from many on this forum. It has always been a good experience. I have lts of engines in pieces, so when someone needs a couple small engine parts, I'm happy to sell them at a reasonable price. LM sells a lot of parts through this site as well, and I've never heard one complaint!

It's one of the reasons we're all here, I'd say; mutual assistance in many different directions. FASTFRED has a lot of small, NOS parts that he sells, and Ed (Loud Mouse) is usually forthcoming with something that someone needs. It's a bit like swapping cigarette or baseball cards. And 'proper people' don't take the piss on price! Both Ed & Fred are very fair.
