The fenders and side (air cleaner) covers are the same silver. The CL72/77 bikes have the tank the same color silver. The engine side cases are a sort of flat silver so I use KRYLON Dull Aliminum color for those. ...................LM

Tempo makes a widely available acrylic lacquer silver dull aluminum spray paint, which I have used on clutch and kickstart covers, in combination with their lacquer clear coat is very original looking AND gas and oil resistant.... just a thought.

I have purchased it at a few different places here in the San Francisco Bay Area.  San Leandro color is one of those places and they have an internet business.
