transmission whine when decelerating is this normal

accelerates just fine but when you let up off the gas the tans gives out a whine

umm is this a honda thing or does my tranny need some attention?

as soon as the weather turns its going to be put on the operating table for a new clutch, pressure plate,springs and all that stuff

i'll also put my oem honda blinkers on ( winkers ) using LED bulbs and flasher

can't wait
