How to make the clutch more shallow

So I have run all my cables and have realized that the clutch cable is too deep and its not releasing the clutch, anyone know how I can make it more shallow on the lever so I can activate it with miniumum pull?!

Hey LM - I posted a pic of the bolt, I think im missing a bolt... can you take a look under my build page and let me know what Im missing/need to fix this!?
