I use several different strength 520 chains on race bikes and they can stand a lot more HP than any of the bike I run and that includes the TZ.
You can get many different chains in both sizes with different strengths and durability from cheap malayasian chain to gold side plate X rings, to fully lightened 520 ERV etc.
Unless you plan on riding tens of thousands of miles per year almost any reputable chain in either size will work.
Or go down to a 415 - good enough for a 45HP RS125 - I doubt it would last too long though. Choices are great.

Davo, thanks for the heads up on sprocket specialist. I just ordered a set, they said it should be here in a few days. Awesome service!

I wanted to run a 520 on mine but didn't want to pay their setup charge for a custom order.

What's the beef with O-ring chains, guys? Interesting topic!
