Hondabond wouldn't be too strong? Would loctite be sufficient?

no anything that will set up like silicone just to keep it from vibrating loose but not get too hard to allow you to remove the nuts if needed

This thread is helpful understanding for my current transmission issues, too.

But terminology is beyond me. I can't find Shift Drum Keeper or some other terms in either my repair manuals or in the fiche diagrams for the CA72.

Are these colloquial terms from experience or do I need to do some more reading?
