1967 CA77, I found 5 grease fittings: two on the front suspension arm (one on each side); one on the kick starter, one on the clutch, and one on the front brake panel near the axle. Am I missing any that may be hidden away? Thanks.

Makes sense as to why there were deleted. I can see folks back in the day pumping those full of grease and getting on the brakes. FYI, I do not have a fitting on the rear axle anywhere. That does not make sense to me, but I'm sure there was a reason. Why have one on the front axle but not on the rear? No biggie; should be easy to repack.
While on the subject of grease, I see grease under both bearings on the steering stem, but no fittings. Guess to repack them you have to remove?
