Does anyone know where I can source the upswept exhaust pipes in this image?

They look like CL72 or CL77 pipes.
And I would like to know what seat that is?

CL pipes run up one side of the bike. Those look like specials to me.

Perhaps they came from the same place as the seat?

What is the source of the photograph? That would be a good start for tracing where the pipes came from.
