Brass Zerk grease nipple on swingarm

I managed to break the tip off of the swingarm axel Zerk fitting. Is it possible to remove the rest of the fitting and replace with a new one? Any suggestions?<br /><br />Thanks,<br />ML

Left hand drills are rare so maybe ya can use a bit that is just a little larger than the hole in the zerk at slow speed and hope the bit will catch it and spin it out. The new zerks are cheap (.50 cents+-) at the dealer. ..................LM
