Yessiree - something like them, though the ones in the eBay listing look slightly different. Who knows what the quality is like though.

Mine are Norman Hyde TOGA mufflers which, unfortunately, are no longer available. Armours in the UK offer a similar one.

No, I think it's just the photo. The cable has a nice gentle bend in it and has lots room to move around.

With the routing like that (I know, not the 'proper' way), it's definitely a two finger clutch -- like butta!
