Steering head bearings

Hi, I am restoring a 1964 305 Dream. I need to replace the steering head bearing races and balls. I have no difficulty finding the upper and lower races but see no mention of new balls. Am I missing something?, can I buy replacement balls?

Thanks. They look right, I'll have to get some dimensions or cross reference some original part numgers.

They are 1/4 inch ball bearings. I know that the superhawks use 20 on the bottom, and 19 on top, but I don't know if it's the same number for dreams. I got them at my local bicycle shop. I bought a bottle of 200 of them, as I do alot of these bikes, and it was $17.00. You could also try a local bearing house if you have one.

just for peace of mind, I installed much improved tapered head bearings from my brother's cb400f project parts pile when he wasn't looking. fit fine, work fine. Brother doesn't talk to me much anymore though.
