All I can add hobknob is the bike you see came with Cheng Shin 275 x 18 & 300 x 18 tyres fitted and in my opinion they were rubbish I had no confidence in the bike abillity to hold a corner and not much better in a straight line so I changed them for the Michelins and for me it was for the better and im more than happy with them.
I would not put Cheng Shin tyres on wheel barrow, like I say that is my opinion others may differ.
